Fall fashions are on display at our A.C.E. Languages Institutes! A.C.E. students are true cultural chameleons, adapting to American dress with a unique flair. From their funky shoes to fashionable tops, student styles are always catching the eye of our teachers and staff. We asked students from three of our Language Institutes to get in front of the camera and share their favorite outfits for this festive shoot.
At the A.C.E. Language Institute at SPU, Bandar A. (Saudi Arabia) loves bright colors. Zaya (Mongolia) focuses her style on skirts and coats. Hamad A. (Saudi Arabia) likes everyday casual looks.
At the A.C.E. Language Institute at MSU, Ahmed A. (Saudi Arabia) feels cool in his outfit. Yan L. (China) layers jeans, t-shirt, and a jacket. Moayad A.’s (Saudi Arabia) outfit is “kind of hip-hop.”
At the A.C.E. Language Institute at URI, Chang C. (China) says “Orange is my favorite color and I love to play basketball. I clean these sneakers every day.” Pinzhou L. (China) says “I like these clothes because they’re comfortable and cool.” Saleh A. (Saudi Arabia) thinks his outfit is “stylish and feels good. A classic look.”
Special thanks go to our staff photographers and Kimiko Ishikawa, an A.C.E. student at SPU and fantastic photographer who likes “clothes to be comfortable.” Thanks, Kimiko!
