A.C.E. welcomed delegates from international organizations to forge partnerships centered around group programs in Seattle and abroad.

General Manager Julia Zhou of EYou International Education Exchange Center (Beijing, China) met with senior management on August 8th to evaluate two proposed A.C.E. Group Programs: a Medical Treatment Technology Delegation taking advantage of Seattle’s healthcare expertise and a Youth Studio Art and Intensive English program.

Kazyuo Ogawara came from Japan and reunited with A.C.E. President David Woodward on August 18th.  Twenty years ago, she was on staff at A.C.E. and took Master’s coursework at Seattle Pacific University. Her daughter Hikaru will use the same buildings to learn English while at the A.C.E. Language Institute at SPU. The whole family came to the Central Office to start the new chapter and celebrate the old.

Dr. Jun Mizuno and President Woodward.

Associate Professor Dr. Jun Mizuno of Ishinomaki Senshu University’s Department of Science and Engineering discussed A.C.E’s Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) programs abroad.  He and President Woodward met at the A.C.E. Language Institute at SPU August 20th when Dr. Mizuno accompanied his group of students studying this summer.

We look forward to these fruitful meetings shaping the newest programs at A.C.E.
