Thanks to Dr. Tatyana Tsyrlina-Spady, our Senior Advisor on Russia and the Ukraine, A.C.E. helped organize a two-day international seminar in Moscow, together with the European Association of Institutions in Higher Education (EURASHE), the Association of Non-State Higher Education Institutions (ANVUZ, Russia) and with the support of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science.
Entitled “New Stages of Bologna Process: Instruments and Practical Implementation,” the seminar drew over 50 university administrators from 30 different Russian cities and regions, with speakers coming from Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, the Netherlands, and Poland. Among the presenters was Mrs. Lubov Glebova, Head of the Federal Education and Science Supervision Agency, Professor Vladimir Zernov, President of ANVUZ and ROSNOU, and Mr. Stefan Delplace, general secretary of EURASHE.
In addition to learning about implementation of the Bologna Process, these university administrators also had the opportunity to learn a little bit about A.C.E. and how we might partner with their host institutions.
