Nine members of the 2010-2011 Long-term Educational Administrators Program (LEAP), sponsored by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology (MEXT) paid a visit to Seattle last week. The group is composed of administrators from eight universities across Japan. They are one month into a year-long development program being hosted in part by the A.C.E. Language Institute at Montana State University. After three months of immersive language training and service learning, the participants will enjoy a nine month internship. During their visit to Seattle, the group met up with A.C.E. administrators and faculty from the central office and Language Institute at Seattle Pacific University.
