Earlier this year, A.C.E. hosted a group of primary educators from the Gyeonggi-do Institute for Foreign Language Education. The teachers participated in an Action Research curriculum and then implemented their findings in their classrooms in Korea. One such teacher, Kyoung Ok Cho, otherwise known as Koko, has been teaching for 28 years and is currently teaching at Anyang-Gwanak Elementary school. She is very passionate about using drama in the classroom to teach English, and has led workshops titled “How to Dramatize” and “Learning English Through Drama”. The following video is of a short play that her current class performed for the 2007 Paju English Play Competition. Enjoy!
Great job, Koko!
